Event Postponement or Cancellation

Buddy Exporter reserves the right to postpone, cancel, or change the location of an event due to circumstances such as insufficient enrollments, instructor illness, or force majeure events (e.g., floods, earthquakes, political instability, etc.). In the event of cancellation by Buddy Exporter, a 100% refund will be issued to the delegate.

Refunds for Duplicate Payments

Refunds for duplicate payments made by the delegate will be processed via the original method of payment within 7 to 10 working days upon intimation by the customer.
